Our dried fruit is created using a commercial dehydrator over nine to thirteen hours.

The flavour is retained, while the water content is removed.

We then pack the dried fruit immediately in a resealable bag to keep them dry and fresh.

Our dried citrus is perfectly rehydrated in your water, favourite drink, soda gin or vodka cocktail for a fresh fruit flavour.

This reduces the waste of creating a cocktail garnish by cutting up a whole fruit to get one slice to add to your drink.
